After completing an online form, you will be sent an invoice and then pay the full amount. The payment period is 14 days. The date of the shoot is fixed once the invoice is paid, then the date cannot be discussed by anyone else. 

The price of the shoot is fixed until 6 months after booking the shoot. After this, any price increases may be billed.

I keep a close eye on the weather forecast a week before the shoot. Because the forecast does not always say much, I often wait until the last moment to decide if the shoot can go ahead. If it really rains at the appointed time, we reschedule the shoot.

Is it starting to rain during a shoot? We can take shelter if it's a small shower. Does it continue to rain? Then I'll see if I have enough material to get started. If not, we will move the shoot to another day.

Yes super fun! A dog is also part of the family. Would you like to bring him along? If so, please let me know when booking so I can arrange an assistant to take care of your dog while we are busy.

I don't mind being in the car, so if you live a bit further away this is no problem for me! Please note that I charge a mileage fee of €0.45 per km (for return trips) outside of 10 km from my home. You will receive a separate invoice for the travel expenses after the shoot has taken place.

Outside 10 km from my home (5506BM) I charge €0.45 per km. So you get a 20 km discount. The fastest route is calculated via Google Maps.

You will receive the invoice for travel expenses (and/or parking fees) after the shoot.

After about 3 to 5 weeks (excluding vacations or vacations). This is because a lot of hours go into post-processing the photos. Would you like to have the photos printed for a special occasion? Then book the shoot well in advance.

No, raw files are not for sale because this is not a finished product. You choose my editing style when you book a photo shoot, you get the jpg files in high resolution. Raw files remain the property of the photographer.
