Evi van Lith Photography is a photography company focusing primarily on photography services for individuals.

I process your personal data because you use my services and/or because you provide this data to me yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data I process:

• Other personal data that you actively provide for example by filling out the contact form, in correspondence and by telephone

Special and/or sensitive personal data

Evi van Lith Photography processes the following special and/or sensitive personal data about you.

• Health (by telling how pregnancy is going or how childbirth went via email, for example).
• Data of persons under 16 years of age. My website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, I cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. Therefore, I advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to avoid collecting data about children without parental consent. If you believe that I have collected personal information about a minor without such consent, please contact me so that I can delete this information.

• Cloud86 | The website and backups of the website are hosted at Cloud86. Likewise, Cloud86 is the host of Evi van Lith Photography's email. Data is stored on the servers of Cloud86.

• Pic-time | Photos are sent via Pic-time. Pic-time has its own privacy policy.

In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. I will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Evi van Lith Photography would also like to inform you that you have the possibility to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Authority for Personal Data.
